An algorithm was created that would allow big-box store managers to optimize the scheduling of their full and part-time employees. This would result in the savings of millions of dollars in large store chains. Our task was to make an impact on executives at these chains. We created this multi-layered package which came wrapped in brown paper, and enclosed a pocket calculator. When the calculator is removed, a special offer coupon is exposed. The result was a great success.
